Jacksonville +6 @ Houston

Jacksonville may be far removed from the playoffs, but don't think this game does hold significance for them. They are a young team and are playing for themselves. Even if Houston is better, Jacksonville will give them a fight.

Buffalo +3 vs New York

Just like Jacksonville, this will be the last game of Buffalo's disappointing season...but when has being "out of it" ever stopped Buffalo from getting up for a game? The Jets are better, but their recent easy schedule has inflated their value. I like Buffalo to win at home.

Seattle +7 (115) @ Arizona

In theory, Arizona should be much more motivated to win this game, but Seattle players still have pride, professionalism, and contract incentives to play for. I think the market is overvaluing the “rest player” effect in this game, and I like the Seahawks to keep it close.

St. Louis -3 (120) @ San Francisco

St. Louis has really found a rhythm over the last few weeks. Just the slightest offensive improvement has reduced the pressure placed on the defense, resulting in an exponential increase in performance. I think the Rams will generate more pressure than Blaine Gabbert can handle, and I like them to win on the road.

San Diego +9.5 @ Denver

Denver’s defense has carried them through injury and controversy to a stellar regular season. However, the Broncos have been inconsistent at best offensively. Late season division games tend to be close, and I think with Denver’s playing style, this game will be no exception to that truism.
