• Managed eater, restaurant, and delivery partner operations for the Dallas market, helping it scale 8x.
• Led Dallas’ new partner pipeline team, which acquired delivery partners 2x faster than the regional average and increased conversion from below the regional average to 1st.

• Built an automated check writing system that reduced customer check processing times by 75% while minimizing errors. Managed an engineer and the vendor bank relationship during this process.
